David Schumacher enters 2021 FIA F3 Championship with Trident Motorsport

Trident Motorsport is delighted to announce that David Schumacher will be part of its line-up in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. The agreement reached between the 19-year-old and the Milan-based team carries on a legacy that ties Italy to the most representative name in motorsport history. David is the son of Ralf. Born in Salzburg, he competed in various Formula 4 Racing categories in 2017 and 2018 with three wins, five poles, four fastest laps and 16 podium finishes. In 2019, Schumacher entered the Formula Regional European Championship ending up fourth overall with four wins, nine podiums, five poles and three fastest laps. In the same year, he also disputed in some Formula 3 events including the Macau Grand Prix. Last year, the second-generation driver entered his first full season in the FIA Formula 3 Championship. The experience and knowledge gained, enables him now to look forward to a high-profile 2021 season.
