FREC, Trident at Spa-Francorchamps for the third round

It's less than 300 kilometers from the Dutch Zandvoort circuit, on the shores of the North Sea, to the Spa-Francorchamps racetrack in the Ardennes forests. Trident Motorsport, competing in the Formula Regional European championship, is facing a challenging double-header. Last weekend, the team led by Maurizio Salvadori and managed on track by Luca Zerbini, was at the Dutch track for the second round of the FREC season, then on Monday they traveled to Belgium to reach Spa-Francorchamps, which host of the third round of the championship.

Trident is eager to bounce back after a difficult weekend at Zandvoort. This setback doesn't worry the Italian team, which is aiming to regain its top-seeded standings with its drivers Kai Daryanani, Andrija Kostić, and Maksimilian Popov.

At Spa, qualifying takes place on Friday afternoon starting at 2:45 PM. The first race starts on Saturday at 10:05 AM, followed by the second race at 2:15 PM. In Belgium, the three-race format returns, as was the case at the first event at the Red Bull Ring. On Sunday, qualifying begins at 9:55 AM, while the final race gets underway at 2:20 PM.
