Toniolo takes pole position and finishes on the podium at Monza
The final round of the E4 Championship, held at the Monza circuit, saw Trident Motorsport secure its first pole position in the category with Augustus Toniolo, who also claimed second place in the final race.
The Brazilian was among the protagonists from qualifying, setting the sixth-fastest time in the first session before taking pole position in the second with a lap time of 1:51.915.
However, Toniolo's weekend was also marked by bad luck. After retiring from Race 1 following contact at the first chicane, the Trident driver started Race 2 from pole position and led the race until the closing stages, when he was involved in the incident that also took Kenzo Craigie out of contention.

In Race 3, Toniolo bounced back, taking the lead in the early stages and fighting for victory until the end. After losing the lead to Luka Sammalisto, he held on to second place at the checkered flag, securing his best result of the season.
Among the other Trident drivers, Bernardo Bernoldi finished fifteenth in Race 2. Dominik Šimek took ninth place in the final race, while Florentin Hattemer finished fifteenth. Lucas Pasquinetti and Yibei Sun faced a more challenging weekend.
Trident Motorsport concludes the 2026 E4 season with the satisfaction of Toniolo's first pole position in the category and second place in the final race, highlighting the progress made by Trident and the Brazilian driver over the Monza weekend.
