Trident in Monza for the third round of the Italian F4 Championship
This weekend, the Monza racetrack hosts the third round of the Italian Formula 4 Championship. In its first year in the category, Trident Motorsport is perfectly fulfilling its mission of nurturing young drivers from karting.
Between Misano and Vallelunga, Maurizio Salvadori's team brought all four of its first-time single-seater drivers into the points: Bernando Bernoldi, Lyuboslav Ruykov, Dominik Simek, and Augustus Toniolo. Meanwhile, Florentin Hattemer, in his second year in F4, has made significant progress with Trident, finishing in the top 10 in five of the six races.
Compared to Misano and Vallelunga, Monza is the fastest circuit of the season, featuring long straights, two tricky chicanes, and two iconic corners: Lesmo and Parabolica. For Trident, this represents a new important test ground for the growth of its drivers.
