Trident Motorsport increases presence in Motorsport élite

Starting from the 2022 season, the Italian squad, with its Head Offices in Milan and its Technical Headquarters in Ossona, will add a Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine program to its operation. The new effort will go alongside the long-standing commitments to the FIA Formula 2 Championship and FIA Formula 3 Championship.
The goal for Trident Motorsport is to increase its footprint in the most relevant racing championships of the international motorsports scene and complete a ladder that can enable young and talented drivers to reach the doorsteps of Formula 1. The opening of the team's new operational headquarters in Ossona, where the technical personnel and simulator were recently transferred, is a major step forward for the team's activity and will enable the creation of new synergies at a technical and human level. Luca Zerbini, an experienced and competent professional with an incredible background in motorsports, will manage the new program. He is the most appropriate figure for a pivotal advancement in the history of Trident Motorsport.
The team is thus set for a challenging new adventure and cannot wait to enter one of the most captivating series in the motorsports panorama.
Maurizio Salvadori & Giacomo Ricci, Trident Motorsport:
"We love challenges, and we see the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine as a highly-competitive and exciting series. We have been following it with a lot of attention. It's time for Trident Motorsport to make a step and increase its presence in the élite of Motorsport. We will need total commitment to battle with some extremely strong and prepared contenders. However, competition, passion, and challenges are part of DNA, and we can't wait to line up for the start of the new season."
