Trident takes fourth place with Bilinski in race 1 at Red Bull Ring

From Imola to Spielberg and the Red Bull Ring circuit, Trident posted another top-10 only a few days away from the previous round, almost reaching the podium. In the first race of the Formula Regional European by Alpine at the Austrian venue, Roman Bilinski took a beautiful fourth place in a wet race featuring challenging control conditions. 

Having returned to competition in Imola after three months of absence due to injury, Bilinski finished the two Imola races in ninth and seventh place respectively. In Austria, he finished just a step away from the podium after starting from fifth place. 

It was an impressive recovery for Roman, which also rewards the important work of the Trident team. Ruiqi Liu faced some bad luck, as he was immediately involved in contact with another driver and retired. Nicola Lacorte also had an ill-fated race as he was forced to stop in the pits to change the nose following a touch with another driver. In the final part of the race, Lacorte was fast, and got the fastest lap.
